As leaders and professionals ourselves, we found value in finding our Purpose in Life. This journey is about embracing or unleashing your own possibilities and intentionally living life according to your purpose.
The purpose is not something found but rather cultivated through deliberate action. It naturally weaves through life by intentionally honing skills to fulfill your purpose by meeting the needs of the world. Doing so brings happiness and hope for the future.

Seré has many years of experience/knowledge supporting people through various avenues (including leadership, non-profit work, human services, etc.). Seré team served as entry-level workers, supervisors, and mid-level/executive management. Witnessing teams and people around us struggle to develop meaningful goals and movement, the team discovered purpose was missing from so many people’s lives. We found through our own discovery journeys that our purpose was to create a change and provide focused help to people in finding purpose.
With purpose, work is enjoyable, people start giving back and truly being a part of the world rather than only existing. While there may be struggles, people with purpose ultimately tend to have satisfying, healthier, longer lives. Seré believes leading towards purpose will prevent burnout, turnover, and increase teamwork, quality services, and retention in companies and people alike.
Seré’s program provides guidance in finding individuals’ gifts, strengths, and passions. The program will guide people to connect these elements to discover what is meaningful to them and to intentionally use in making decisions about personal life, career, and growth.
Seré Consulting believes that the market has evolved during the pandemic and people are looking for employment that meets their passion, talents, strengths, and interests. This session is a place to jump start the innovation within yourself to make intentional decisions towards your purpose and to support others to live out theirs.

Rosario Rubio is a native of New Mexico. She is the daughter of immigrant parents who migrated from Ojinaga, Chihuahua. Rosy is one of six siblings, all successful professionals that include business owners, an NM State representative, and social workers. She has also obtained certification as a DiSC Practitioner through Everything DiSC.
Rosario has a significant amount of experience working in the Developmental Disabilities field. She was employed with Tobosa Developmental Services, a nonprofit, in various positions throughout the organization for 43 years. In the last six years she led the organization as the Executive Director. She is highly experienced in management, and leadership and specializes in accounting and human resources.
Rosy has recently established her business, Seré Consulting, LLC. Her business focuses on helping and guiding individuals to find their Purpose in Life. Seré Consulting also specializes in helping small businesses with accounting support, human resources support, and training.
During leisure time, Rosy enjoys walking, biking, hiking, reading, traveling, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Rosario has a Bachelor’s and a Masters in Business Administration. Rosy is also a Senior Certified Profession through Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
For the last twenty years, Jessica has worked in multiple social fields supporting many different people. Through her natural leadership and passion for others, Jessica always found ways to support others while they worked with different clientele. Each experience has shaped her to spend the next twenty years intentionally living her purpose.
Jessica’s mission is to help people carry out their own passions by creating the means for them to do so. She has chosen to do this, on a team we have been building for the last ten years, as a consultant and trainer through Sere’ Consulting.

Little did I realize that what I thought was my purpose was just one layer to other layers that define who I am and what I stand for…Taking the DiSC opened my eyes to part of myself that I was unaware.
Many doors have already been opened and I am the happiest I have been in 5 years. Other people will try to crush your self-esteem but no one can crush your self-worth. I have recently learned that sometimes you have to let go of people in order to find your purpose. I let go and in the process of letting go the freedom I have felt is indescribable. “As an adult I struggled. I have worked in different fields, but always found myself in the people field. I love to support people and thought this is what I should be doing.
I learned things. I learned people and their challenges. I learned how things worked. One of the most important things I learned was to ask “Why”. Many of the conversations had to do with people just saying “tell me how to do it”. That was never enough for me. I always needed to know “why” and “what happens if we change it up and do it different”.
Though the Purpose In Life Initiative, I learned that I was naturally drawn to systems and to helping people who help people. One of the questions that kept being asked of me was if my purpose was tied to a particular place. I knew that it wasn’t. One of the hardest things though was that in this place I had been fostered and mentored and encouraged to seek out my purpose.”
